All orders are processed and shipped by OLIGHTY LTD. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your products.

 

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Estimated Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard international delivery typically takes between 5 to 12 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and occasional carrier delays may occur which are out of our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes OLIGHTY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
